I love what Spring does to the animals. The doves are building a nest on the porch and cooing up a storm and this morning I witnessed a standoff between a shepherd (dog) and a squirrel. I wish the season brought a wash of refreshment to me the way it seems to for every other living thing I see. By the time I feel it the disgustingly hot summer will have suffocate it. That's just how I roll.
PS- this is my garden but the shot is from last year, or maybe the year before.
